What is the order process?

  5. Select Shipping Method: Choose your preferred shipping method from the available options. Make sure to review the estimated delivery times and costs associated with each method. For Orders less than Rs 20,000 a fixed shipping rate of 50% discount rate is applicable which is Rs 3,000 while for orders above Rs 50,000 we offer free shipping.
  6. Payment: Enter your payment information to complete the order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment through bank transfers.
  7. Order Confirmation: After successfully placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Keep this email for your records and reference.

Example

Transaction Value of goods: Rs. 1000

Customs duty: 10%

VAT: 15%

Customs duty: (1000×10%) = 100

VAT: (1000+100)x15% = 165

Customs Charges: 100+165 = 265

Freight and Insurance charges of unaccompanied dutiable baggage are added to the Transaction Value of the goods prior to the calculation of the customs duty.

How is the clearance process?

Clearance is done by our agent in Mauritius. Our agent will handle all the clearance process and you will need to do the required payment to them or the MRA.

Can goods be delivered to my house?

Goods are delivered to the port at Port-Louis and needs to be picked up there. You can arrange for your own transport or get in touch with our clearance agent in Mauritius to deliver at your house at an additional cost.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Mauritius. We will be adding shipping to Rodrigues and Reunion island soon.
